Spend less time wrangling data and more time using it.
I've spent twelve years in AFL and NRL high performance building the systems that get data from the field to the coaches' box. Now I build them for clubs, academies and pathway programs.
What I hear from performance staff.
The performance stack, without the enterprise price tag.
All your data in one place
GPS, wearables, force plates, wellness, gym and match data pulled in automatically every day, cleaned and checked, ready to use before training.
Single view of athlete
A squad page with every player, clicking through to one page per athlete: readiness, load, testing, rehab and match form. With proper role-based access so medical stays medical.
Reports coaches read
Pre-training flags, post-session summaries and weekly load reports built for a thirty-second read, landing automatically where staff already look.
The clever stuff
Match and opposition analysis, monitoring models with honest uncertainty, computer vision on video, and AI tools for staff. Tested properly before anyone relies on them.
A Health Check, then build what matters.
Two weeks looking at your data sources, workflows and reporting, then a ranked, costed plan. Or go straight to a Quick Win if there's one job killing your staff. I'm happy to show you a working demo on the first call.
The fine print
Which sports?
Any. I've worked across AFL and NRL and with tech used in pretty much every sport. Football (soccer), basketball, netball, cricket, union, athletics: the data problems are the same.
Are there clubs you won't work with?
Yep. I've still got a day job in pro sport, so I won't work with anyone who competes with my employer. And no data, code or IP from any employer or client ever crosses over.
Will this lock us into you?
No. Standard tools, your own cloud accounts, full documentation and a handover. It's built so your staff or a future hire can own it.
We're a semi-pro or pathway program with a small budget.
That's fine. A Quick Win or a lean build on tools you already have goes a long way. Tell me what you're working with.
